Promotion Period:
The St Ives Shopping Village Father’s Day Promotion commences on Saturday, 17 August 2024 at 00:01 AM and concludes on Sunday, 1 September 2024 at 11:59 PM (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligibility:
The promotion is open to all customers who make a purchase of $50 or more in any participating store within St Ives Shopping Village, excluding Woolworths, Coles, and Harris Farm.

How to Enter:
To enter, spend $50 or more in a single transaction at any participating store within St Ives Shopping Village during the Promotion Period.
Take your original receipt showing the qualifying purchase(s) to the Village Concierge located within St Ives Shopping Village Level 2 near NAB.
Submit your receipt and provide your contact details, including your full name, contact phone number, email address, and postcode.
Each qualifying purchase receipt allows one entry into the draw.

Entry Limit:
Entries are limited to one per customer per day, regardless of the number of purchases made.

Prize:
One (1) prize will be awarded consisting of a $250 gift card from Gazman.

Draw Date:
The draw will take place on Thursday, 5 September 2024 at 12pm at Level 3 Centre Management, St Ives Shopping Village. The winner will be drawn randomly from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification or is unable to be contacted, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn on 20 September 2024 12pm at Level 3, Centre Management, St Ives Shopping Village.

Prize Collection:
The prize must be collected from the Village Concierge at St Ives Shopping Village. Identification and proof of entry is required.

General Conditions:

Staff working within the Centre are eligible to enter.

The promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any additional instructions provided by St Ives Shopping Village.

Privacy:
Personal information collected during this promotion will be used for the purposes of conducting the draw and notifying the winner. By entering, you consent to the use of your personal information for these purposes and agree to be contacted by St Ives Shopping Village for promotional purposes. By accepting the prize, winners agree that their name and photos may be published across St Ives Shopping Village social media and website for a period of up to 6 months.

Modification or Cancellation:
St Ives Shopping Village reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. Where the prize is lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with, for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter is not liable.
