Personal Shopping Service now available from Concierge.
A new service now available at The Village – Let’s work together, caring for our community and supporting independent retailers at St Ives Shopping Village.
3 EASY STEPS:
- Place your order online. Email order request to concierge1@ stivesvillage.com.au
- Purchase Gift Card via Concierge. Concierge will call to confirm order & take payment via credit card for a St Ives Village gift card.
- Collect Order. Using the Gift Card, Concierge will purchase items on customers behalf.
Orders MUST be placed before Wednesday 10am Does not include Woolworths, Coles or Harris Farm
COLLECTING YOUR ORDER:
- Collection Thursdays 12 – 3pm.
- Dedicated collection point at the Mona Vale Road Entrance (adjacent to the Medical Centre).
- Products delivered to the car with receipt & gift card containing any balance. (More detailed collection details will be provided once order is confirmed. No home delivery available)
CONDITIONS:
Minimum Gift Card Order value: $30. Excludes grocery items from Woolworths, Harris Farm or Coles. Any food catering will be purchased on the day of collection. There will be no refunds for food catering / perishable items. Limit of 3 retailers can be included in each order. Non-perishable items under 5kg can be sent via express post for an additional postage & handling fee. Home delivery is not available. More detailed instructions for collection will be emailed by Concierge once the order has been confirmed.
