Mother’s Day Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies

Makes: 6-8

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup chocolate and hazelnut spread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup almond meal, packed
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt to serve

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 200˚C (180˚C fan). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Whisk chocolate spread, egg and almond meal in a large bowl.
  3. Stir through the chocolate chips to combine.
  4. With two teaspoons lightly dampened with water, scoop out 6-8 cookies.
  5. Place onto the baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve with a pinch of sea salt.
