INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup chocolate and hazelnut spread
- 1 egg
- 1 cup almond meal, packed
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoon sea salt to serve
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 200˚C (180˚C fan). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Whisk chocolate spread, egg and almond meal in a large bowl.
- Stir through the chocolate chips to combine.
- With two teaspoons lightly dampened with water, scoop out 6-8 cookies.
- Place onto the baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
- Serve with a pinch of sea salt.
