BAKED BRIE WITH GRAPES, ROSEMARY AND WALNUTS

Cook time: 10 mins | Prep time: 10 mins | Serves: 4-6

Ingredients.

  • 200g creamy brie wheel

  • 1 cup roughly chopped walnuts

  • 1 cup dark purple grapes

  • 1 teaspoon (5g) chili flakes

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 10g rosemary sprigs

  • 20g honeycomb to garnish

  • Crusty sourdough baguette to serve


Method.

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
  2. Place brie in the centre of a medium, oven-proof fry pan.
  3. Lightly score the top of the brie with 2cm squares.
  4. Top brie with walnuts, grapes, and chili, then drizzle honey over the top.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes. Top with fresh rosemary and honeycomb. Serve with crusty sourdough.
