200g creamy brie wheel

1 cup roughly chopped walnuts

1 cup dark purple grapes

1 teaspoon (5g) chili flakes

1 tablespoon honey

10g rosemary sprigs

20g honeycomb to garnish

Crusty sourdough baguette to serve
Method.
- Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
- Place brie in the centre of a medium, oven-proof fry pan.
- Lightly score the top of the brie with 2cm squares.
- Top brie with walnuts, grapes, and chili, then drizzle honey over the top.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Top with fresh rosemary and honeycomb. Serve with crusty sourdough.
