St Ives Shopping Village – Easter Colouring-In Competition Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
- Open to children aged 3-12 years.
- Entrants must have parental/guardian consent to participate.
How to Enter:
- Collect a colouring-in sheet from Concierge Desk or download from www.stivesvillage.com.au
- Complete the artwork and submit it to Concierge by 5 PM on 7 April 2025
- Ensure the entry form includes the child’s name, age, parent/guardian’s name, contact number, and email.
Competition Period:
- Entries open on 15 March 2025 and close on 7 April 2025.
- Judging:
- Entries will be judged based on effort and creativity of written element.
- Judging will take place on 9 April 2025 and winners will be notified by 9 April 2025 via phone or email.
Prize:
- One winner will be chosen to spend the morning with the Easter Bunny for them and 5 friends on the morning of 17 April 2025 at 10am.
- Prize is not transferable.
Use of Entries:
- By entering, participants (and their guardians) agree that St Ives Shopping Village may display entries within the
- centre and use images of the artwork for promotional purposes, including social media and the website.
Privacy:
Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
