Sometimes a 10 minute weeknight cook up with 4 ingredients will do. Try this simple salmon and miso recipe and spend more time at the table than making dinner.

Prep time 15 minutes l Cook time 10 minutes l Serves 2
INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon white miso paste
2 tablespoons mirin seasoning
1 tablespoon kewpie mayonnaise, extra to serve
2 x 120g salmon fillets, deboned, no skin
Serve with:
1 cup cooked rice
5g coriander leaves
½ tablespoon fried shallots
Note: You will need an air fryer for this recipe.
METHOD:
1. In a small bowl add white miso paste, mirin seasoning, mayonnaise and whisk until smooth.
2. Place salmon fillets onto baking paper on a small tray that fits into the air fryer.
3. Generously spoon the mixture over the salmon fillets.
4. Place into the air fryer for 10 minutes on 180ºC
5. Serve salmon with cooked rice, sprinkle over coriander leaves, fried shallots and extra kewpie mayonnaise.
